Terms of service

midnightqueer.com is operated by Midnight Queer (“we”, “us”). All products are made to order. Because printing is a physical craft, small variations in color and print placement can occur — that’s normal, and part of each piece being made for you.

Prices are in USD unless shown otherwise, and we may update prices and the catalog at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; in rare cases (address we can’t ship to, suspected fraud, a pricing error) we may cancel an order — if we do, you’re refunded in full, promptly.

Shipping and delivery are covered by our shipping policy, problems and refunds by our returns policy, and your data by our privacy policy. Those three are part of these terms.

The designs, the name, the wordmark, and Vesper the bat are ours. Wear them loudly; please don’t reproduce or sell them.

We provide the site as-is and, to the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and won’t let us take away.
