When will my order arrive?
Everything is made to order: production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time on top (about 3–5 business days in the US). Details and live rates are on the shipping page and at checkout.
Where’s my tracking number?
It’s emailed to you the moment your order ships. If it’s been more than a week since your order confirmation and no tracking has appeared, give us a shout.
How do sizes run?
Most of our apparel is standard unisex sizing and runs true to size, with sizes up to 5XL on many pieces. Between sizes? Size up — cozy is the aesthetic. If you want exact garment measurements before you order, ask us and we’ll send the chart for that piece.
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards plus the wallets your device supports (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and friends). Payments are processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers.
Who makes the products?
Every design is ours, drawn for this shop. Printing and shipping are handled to order by trusted print partners with facilities in the US and Europe — it’s how a tiny queer brand ships worldwide without a haunted warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most of the world. International orders may owe customs or import fees on arrival — see shipping for details.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.

Are you really queer-owned?
Extremely. Midnight Queer is queer-owned and queer-run — not a June costume. A brand by the weirdos, for the weirdos, all year.
Who is the bat?
That’s Vesper — our familiar and quality-control department. They approve every design and would absolutely hex someone for you. You can meet them properly in our story.
